Biography: Tobin Fenucci is something of a mystery among the Clan Ventrue. Having been embraced by the cousin of Nevada’s long-time Prince, Tobin has always had strong ties with the Valentine bloodline, and has somewhat always been at the right hand of power. His innate understanding of the mechanics of how things work grant him certain privileges, and with these privileges, a certain element of power himself. Some might say he is spoiled, allowed to do as he pleases without fear of repercussion from Prince Valentine, when in reality, he is granted certain rights and privileges due to his longstanding history of carrying out the wishes of the Prince, no matter how ugly they may be.
Fenucci has a long-standing history with the current brood with which he runs. Many believe he continually works alongside different clan members because he believes himself to be superior, while others believe he views it as a joke; that he’s protected by Valentine and simply wishes to have a good time in the city of lights. Fenucci has never himself stated why he continues to associate with the same brood, but one thing is certain: they are certainly not a team you would want to find yourself up against.
In the eyes of Mortals, Fenucci is a well-known business tycoon and casino owner [given to him by Valentine as a reward for having eliminated a rather nasty pack of Werewolves], which supplies him with a rather extensive fortune, a practically impenetrable haven, and a seemingly nonstop supply of individuals on which to feed. His fame is something of a double-sided sword, however, in that many believe he is often too much in the limelight, and inevitably bringing too much attention to not only himself, but the entirety of the Masquerade. He is rarely seen without his manservant, known only as X, a lumbering beast of a man, with an extensive knowledge of not only weapons and combat, but some might say too good an understanding of the Masquerade itself.
