Biography: Joseph Carnegie (Fame 3) is most well known for his management of certain underworld elements based in Germany. He is related to the steel baron, Andrew Carnegie and through influential contacts built an extensive underworld syndicate in Europe.
Mr. Carnegie has since returned to America with his Sire and taken up a position to serve the domain of Cleveland as Harpy. He has held this position since April, 2006.
