Biography: Theo Mandrake is from the former Ventrue stronghold of Bismarck, North Dakota. Since it's fall to the Sabbat, he has done everything within his power to bring it back into Ventrue hands. Since he has completed all he is capable of, he now resides within Fargo, North Dakota to wait for the "clean up crew" to finish the job.
