Biography: Cecily is originally from England. She has only become a part of the directorate in an official capacity during the last decade. Before this time little is know about what she did or where she was.
Since coming to America, a few years after her sire, she has served as Primogen when needed in three different cities. She has served as Harpy in Stockton for over a year and is still serving in this capacity today. While she has made many lasting friendships with members of other clans, she has always proven to be fiercely devoted to Clan Ventrue.
