Biography: Jefrey Marsden is the last (and some say secret) progeny of the first Prince of Cleveland, Julia Thorn. Though born and raised in Cleveland, son to the owner of a modestly wealthy Cleveland shipping company during the 1920's, Jefrey spent most of his Agoge in the courts of Europe with his "mother" learning the ways of the Elders.
