Richard Dolmant, former Sheriff of Tampa, shall serve out a sentence of no less than 800 years for impersonating a Justicar in an attempt to illegally call a blood hunt.
A box containing several CDs is delivered through standard obscure and secure channels to each Directorate with enough copies for each member. The CD is labeled "Richard Dolmant." If played, it consists of two solid hours of uninterrupted screaming; a man's voice in undeniable pain with a timber and volume beyond mortal range. The screaming is utterly inhuman, souless, and filled with despair.
