Ladies and Gentlemen of the Clan of Kings,

A meeting of all North American Ventrue shall be held in Northern Virginia on the thirteenth of the month of September in the year of our Lord, two-thousand and three.

This meeting is not exclusive to those active within the Directorate. ALL Ventrue who attend the Conclave called by the Nosferatu Justicar, as well as the other festivities, are also expected to present themselves for this meeting.

Representatives from every region are expected to attend for this session, discuss amongst yourselves who the official Representative from each State, Domain or Region shall be.

There are multiple issues that need to be discussed. An agenda shall be released shortly for you to purview. If there are any issues of importance that you feel need to be addressed on a continental level, please contact the Directorate Offices with your request.
